They cut portobello mushrooms into big long slices, bread them in a very light batter and deep fry them, then serve them warm with ranch dressing. I mean, really girlie...the type were you and your best friends can all cry about it and then later boast how wonderful the movie was. Then go home to the husband who talks about car-type-stuff.
